Season 4 2008 KOs - Leader Class (Movie) Optimus Prime

There are 2 versions of the KO Leader Class (Movie) Optimus Prime. One is the 99% loyal to original, with all the chest opening, feet etc. The other, which is what I bought, is the lousier version, with a flat-back head that flips up, moulded 1-piece front body (ie. no opening of chest) and no flip-out feet nor back heel (which causes much instability when in robot mode!)

Saw off the chest piece and made it slidable, and added some fake centre piece.... and result is shown below...

The head is flat-backed!!!! So Prime has 1/2 of his head gone... Nevermind, found a spare KO energon Bulkhead...'s head (hahaha...) to bash into the back of head... a little too small but, still ok...

Yes! Full head!!!!! And a new head transfomation...

So here's how he looks in front view...

Oh, not forgetting his feet... Decided not to make feet (toes), too much to do, instead just make back heels...

Found some pics of during work-in-progress... hope can be a good reference for fellow bashers who are new into bashing like myself....

Used pieces of ice-cream sticks to form... tough work, as I have only primitive tools... hahaha...

The washer-screw is salvaged from old KOs that were dismantled before throwing away...
