Megatron de-tombed... Comes with 2 purple sword and a mace, which my Megatron cannot hold now with his new replaced hands... Also comes with a new translucent eye piece which I since changed, and a new silver barrel tip which will make Megatron look more like the G1 cartoon version in robot mode...
Yes, my Megatron comes with 2 right hands... sigh... luckily found my old Jinbao Leo Dux hands stuck deep in a spare parts box, and decided to use them...
Fists are cut off and sanded down...
Pins of the original hands are attached to the Jinbao Leo Dux hands using superglue...
The top and bottom of the new fists need to be trimmed to fit them into the cavity...
Since the new hands go into the cavity completely, the gun mode is not affected at all. Also loosen his left shoulder screw to allow the arm to rotate... All other joints are trimmed or tightened to a acceptable level..
I felt this is a better sized gun to hold in hand, compared to Apollyon... Not to mention it is so much easier to transform...
