Side-Tracked: Recent Haul of KOs (45) - KO ROTF Dirtboss (Oversized), KO ROTF Ransack (Oversized), KO Animated Legends Starscream

Went to Parkway Parade this morning... raining... went to the usual shop, without expecting any haul, but the result says opposite...

KO ROTF Dirtboss (Oversized)
Surprised to find this... its hung at the lower rows of the racks, together with KO ROTF Ransack Dead End (Oversized) (which I did not buy because I did not quite like the mold)... Kindda like Dirtboss because of the "arm-blades"... but the tip-over factor is really the little driver figurine, which I might used it for KO Skullcruncher's headmaster figure.. only thing the figure is 1/2 only.. yah, the legs are not included... anyway...


... "...return... me... my ... legs...".... hahaha... just to mention: the joints are still stuck with a normal metal pin, but the plastic part has been magnified, so very loose joints... need to work on it... otherwise, no simplification! (oh, just the head looks a bit too big... )



KO ROTF Ransack (Oversized)
Discovered this hanging at another rack, and without hesitation, pulled it off... checked on the Kotoys website, this is another packaging of the oversized ROTF Ransack... Bought this is again because quite like the plane mode...

When I de-tombed it, I was a bit disappointed... Plane mode is decent, but many joints are loose, the inner frame to hold up the wings are too long, can't secure to the the arm-wing parts in bot mode... the bot's elbows are screwed to the plane's wings (underneath side), where it is supposed to be just a simple peg-hole temporary joint... molding error... and not to mention lots of missiles are added... what are the ko-makers thinking?? Give Ransack more firepower???? hahaha.... anyway, can still amend the above...

KO Animated Legends Starscream

Got this is because it has no mouth, and this makes it looks NORMAL... yes, I have always thought about buying a KO Oversized Voyager Starscream and replace the head with a more decent looking one... yes, I hate the head sculpt... face, to be exact... anyway... took it out, thought the ko-makers assembled wrongly, popped off the pieces and try to assemble with various website pictures ... only to realised it is assembled correctly, only need to unscrew the wings and swap... sigh... loosen the parts in the process, now need to do extra work... anyway... the configuration the ko-makers assembled makes this TF looks more like G1 Jetfire instead... yes, just like the Hasbro's instruction's pictures... plane mode is nice but bot mode doesn't have Starscream's signature V-shaped wings on his back... decide to make them swivel... next time then do...

Has been doing a lot of fixing the older bought KOs... quite bad luck when fixing... some carelessness, breakages, sigh... but able to solve in the end...
