The original KO has only elbow joints for movement, for the whole arm... so decided to mod it... seems easy, but later realised that the arms will be blocked by the wings if just do a direct-rotating joint... so have to make a pull-out-rotate joint, took a damn long time... gave it some paint touch up some time ago, and now decided to give it a rifle, to even up the fire-power with his other Insecticons counterparts...

p.s.: Finally some progress on the order from TaoBao thru' a local agent... now still got Alternator Prime, Energon Constructicons, and Ultra Raker left to confirm only... yeah, all KOs... Spent two hundred plus dollars on TaoBao, broke now... broke, but happy...
I know that this post is old but this is the only place where I could find this exact mold. Though, Mine is blue. Do you have any idea where mine could be from or how old it is? the blue beetras on google looks different mold-wise from yours and mine. Also, mine is basically falling apart if that helps you identify anything better
ReplyDeleteHi, nope, no idea too, in fact only seen this black one... But frankly, don't think it really matters where it is from , or how it has been.. so long as you are enjoying the toy now right? =) Looking back, I kind of regret throwing/selling this...
