Completed the (new) Kabaya Road Caesar set with some modifications to Blacker's thighs a few days ago and finally got time to (remember to) post... For this set, only Blacker has 1 parts-forming place: the thighs. Hence I tried making slots linking the 3 holes on each thigh, which will allow the pin-peg on the lower leg to slide along the thigh...
The peg will be kept in the slots using 2 pieces of ABS plastic ("stopper pieces" glued at the edges with super-glue to the lower legs. Note now the legs are no longer temporary jointed...
The "stopper pieces" is then hot-glued at 3 corners of each lower leg for a more secured joint...
Painted black with a half-faulty paint-pen...
And proceed to assemble all 3 members of the Brainmasters gestalt team... From left to right: Laster, Blacker, and Braver...
A comparison of my old KO Kabaya Blacker and this new one... Almost the same size...
Blacker in bot mode... Looks good... Lower legs are now shaky but somehow it amazingly stays in all 3 positions (individual robot, gestalt, car) of transformation...
Unlike the old Kabaya mold, this new Kabaya Blacker can open up the chest to put in the Brainmaster of Strength (similar for the other 2 members for "Laster - Brain of Skill" and "Braver - Brain of Intelligence")...
... and a comparison of the old (KO) and new Kabaya Brainmaster of Strength... Very much difference in size...
Blacker can also place the Brainmaster in the cockpit in car mode (same as the old Kabaya mold)...
Comparison of old (KO) and new Kabaya Blackers in car mode....
Next is Laster, with his old KO Kabaya counterpart... Let the pictures do the talking... Note that the new Kabaya Laster and Braver has no individual sword...
Finally Braver...
The new Kabaya set's accessories can be combined into a ... jet sort of thing... looks weird...
Ready to combine!!!!!!
Road Caesar!!!!!!!!!
The sword looks more proportion as compared to the older version (which is the combination of 3 swords yet smaller in size than the new Kabaya one...)
And finally a comparison of the old (KO) and new Kabaya Road Caesar!!!!! Happy....
Waiting eagerly for my KO oversized MMC Feral Rex (Predaking) to arrive soon...
