Anyway, for Jetfire, after a few times of transforming, it becomes easy. I also need to trim off some plastic so that the wings can be pushed in easier in jet mode...
For Buster OP, finally realised why people complained about the windows need to be popped off... and after I thought I saw signs of plastic stress on the red connector part, decide to make a small notch at the top of the slot where the red connector piece will be snapped in to transform into bot mode... Now it is easier to snap in the piece, and not affecting the Mech-Alive functions.

Instructions are different from what seems to the intended transformations the designers wanted... example would be picture below shows Jetfire's cockpit halves can be repositioned towards the front more, to fit the vertical shoulder piece into a little hole inside...

And the OP looks a little better (with a more V-shape body due to the red pieces)... There are still more alternate ways and parts to be combined... like the feet... etc...
